The contact form

The contact form collects your first name, last name, email address and message. A notification goes by email to a company mailbox and is sent through Zoho’s SMTP service. Mail for the company’s domains is hosted by Zoho.

Enquiries are used only to reply and to discuss possible work. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: the company’s interest in answering the people who contact it.

Enquiries are kept for one year from the last contact, unless they become an engagement.

Form entries are not stored in the website’s database, so they are not in its backups. They exist only as the notification email.

Cookies, analytics and local storage

When the site was tested on 5 November 2026, no analytics tag and no cookies were found on the pages tested, for a visitor who has not signed in.

If you choose light or dark mode, that choice is stored in your own browser’s local storage. It is not sent to the company.

Fonts and scripts are served from the site’s own host.

Hosting and backups

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services in its London region and served through its CloudFront content delivery network (CDN). Request logging is not turned on at the CDN.

The web server keeps standard access logs for routine operation and security.

Nightly backups, which include the site database, go to Amazon S3 in the same region and are deleted after 90 days.

The lawful basis for request logs and backups is legitimate interests: keeping the site secure and recoverable.

Website data is held in the UK. Email and bookings are held by Zoho in its EU data centre.

Links to other services

“Schedule a call” links to meet.release.art, a booking page hosted by Zoho that sets its own cookies. The site’s other links out include the MK Chamber. Those services have their own terms.

Details entered on that booking page reach the company through Zoho and are kept for the same period as enquiries.
